Food review goes wrong after birds steal TikToker’s raw fish
TikTok: Chin96A TikToker’s food review went horribly wrong after birds stole most of the raw fish off the man’s plate.
Uploaded on August 19, 2024, TikToker Chin96 was sitting at a table outside with two plates of food beside him. Something distracted him from the camera, and he rolled away in his wheelchair.
Soon after, two birds that had been sitting on the railing behind him flocked to the table – stealing almost half of the raw fish he had on a plate. It’s unclear what the other food he had, but the birds showed no interest in that.
He quickly began batting away the birds, trying to save as much of his food from being stolen as he could.
“I was just trying to make a food review,” he said on the video. In the caption, he added: “I was about to crash out bro.”
The video quickly went viral across social media, with over 700K views and 1,000 comments on the TikTok upload itself. Viewers shared their thoughts in the comments, with many of them shocked at what happened.
“Rule number 1: never leave food unattended even with family,” one user commented.
Another said: “They said not today big back lmao.”
“Laughing so hard I started choking on air,” a third replied.
Others pointed out the irony in the situation, as there’s a sign behind the man that reads: “Please do not feed the birds.”
The video went viral on Twitter/X as well, amassing over 2.4M views on the Elon Musk-owned platform.
Short-form video platforms like TikTok have been the home of many different food reviewers over the years, with former MMA fighter Keith Lee being one of the most popular.
He rose to stardom in 2023, growing millions of followers throughout the year, and was eventually named TikTok’s breakthrough star thanks to his food reviews.
